Booking that isn't a DM
Real-time availability per staff member and per room. Deposits, cancellation windows, and reminders that actually cut no-shows.
Taking three builds this month
We build custom iOS and Android apps for service businesses — booking, catalog, payments, customer records. We build yours first, at no cost, and show you it running on a real phone. You only pay if you want to keep it.
No deck. No discovery call. A working app in five days.

Process
Most agencies sell you a proposal and a timeline. We'd rather build the thing and let you hold it.
Start yours →Two minutes. Your business, what you sell, and what's broken about booking today. No call required — we pull your branding straight off your site.
Your logo, your colours, your actual service list, running on a real backend. Not a mockup and not a Figma file — an app you install and use.
We send a three-minute walkthrough and a TestFlight link. If it isn't obviously worth it, we shake hands and part ways. No invoice, no follow-up sequence.
Published under your own App Store account, in your name. We handle the backend, the security, and the platform updates Apple and Google demand twice a year.
Your part
The app has to be published under your own accounts — that's what makes it yours rather than ours. Here is every single thing we need from you, and what it costs.
Your business, your website, and what's broken about booking today. We pull your branding and service list ourselves.
In your business's name, on your card — this is the step that makes the app legally yours. Then add us in App Store Connect under Users & Access as an App Manager, and we handle builds, screenshots, listing copy, submission and review replies.
Only if you want Android. Same arrangement — you add us as a Release Manager. We turn on Play App Signing so Google holds the master key, because whoever holds that key controls every future update.
A PDF, a spreadsheet, or just a link to your site. Pricing, durations, and anything sold as a package, series or membership. This is the one thing we can't guess at.
Only if you're a healthcare business and the app will hold patient data. We send it, you sign it, and it's in place before a single record exists. Any vendor who tells you this is optional is one to walk away from.
One to walk through the demo, one to sign off before we submit to the stores. If you'd rather do it over email, that's fine too.
That's the entire list. Everything else — the build, the backend, the security, the store listing, the screenshots, the review process, and the platform updates Apple and Google demand twice a year — is on us.
What you get
Built on the same stack the serious apps run on, and published under your own name.
Real-time availability per staff member and per room. Deposits, cancellation windows, and reminders that actually cut no-shows.
Every service or product with pricing, duration and prep notes. Packages, series and memberships tracked automatically — no spreadsheet.
Cards on file, deposits at booking, tipping, and automatic receipts. Stripe under the hood, so payouts land where they already do.
Encrypted in transit and at rest, access enforced per customer at the database level, every read logged. If you handle health data, we sign a BAA first.
Revenue, rebook rate, no-show rate, and which services actually drive repeat business. On the web, not buried in the app.
New pricing, new service, new copy — pushed to every phone the same day, without sitting in an App Store review queue.
Yes, and there's no catch worth hiding. We build a working version of your app before you've paid us anything because it's a far better pitch than a slide deck. We only take three builds a month, so being selective about who we build for is the real filter. If you see it and pass, you owe us nothing.
You do. It's published under your own Apple and Google developer accounts, in your name, and you control the listing. We build it, submit it, and host the backend that powers it. If you ever leave, you keep the store listing and we hand over a complete export of your data.
Service businesses where customers book time or buy from a set list — clinics and med spas, gyms and studios, salons and barbers, dentists and vets, trades and home services, restaurants, tutoring, and professional services. If your customers currently book by phone, DM or a clunky web widget, the app is worth building. If you're a marketplace or a social network, we're the wrong shop.
Your demo is ready in five days. Once you sign, a full build runs three to five weeks depending on scope, plus one to three days for Apple's review. Most businesses are live within six weeks of the first conversation.
Often, yes. If you're on a system with a real API, we can sync availability both ways. If you're on something closed, the honest answer is that the app becomes your booking system and we migrate your catalog over. We'll tell you which one you're facing on the first call, not after you've signed.
Copy changes, pricing updates, new services and bug fixes are covered by the retainer and usually ship the same day. Larger new features are quoted separately before any work starts — you will never get a surprise invoice from us.
No. You open the developer accounts in your name and add us as a manager — about fifteen minutes of your time. We do the builds, screenshots, listing copy, submission, and any back-and-forth with Apple's reviewers.
Three slots this month
Fill out the form. In five days you'll be holding your business's app. If it's not for you, that's a perfectly good outcome too.
